SILENCE

2O23

casted glass.

This sculpture is a personal exploration of the desire for silence—a quiet rebellion against noise, both external and internal. Cast in glass using molds taken from the artist’s own hand and face, the piece captures a moment of gesture: a finger pressing gently against the lips in a universal call for stillness.

The translucent material adds a sense of fragility and vulnerability, while the self-referential form speaks to introspection and the longing for inner peace. "In Search of Silence" is not just a visual statement—it is an embodied plea for calm in a world that rarely pauses.
